Predmet prodaje je nekretnina upisana u zk.ul. 548, k.č.br. 873/1 i 883/25, k.o. Novi Labin, ukupne površine 846 m2. Predmetne nekretnine predstavljaju zgradu s dvorištem, koja se nalazi na području grada Labina, u Rudarskoj ulici, Pijacal. Prilaz nekretninama je omogućen neposredno, sa javno prometne površine. Zgrada je izgrađena kao poluugrađena poslovna zgrada etažnosti podrum, prizemlje, međukat i dva kata. Izgrađeni su komunalni priključci (struja i voda) u obliku stalnog priključka na kanalizacijski susutav. Zgrada je upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara RH, izgrađena je između 1939. i 1942. godine, a 2000. godine izvršena je rekonstrukcija građevine. Za predmetnu građevinu izdana je građevinska dozvola i uporabna dozvola. Nekretnina k.č. 873/1 je uknjižena u zk.ul. 548 k.o. Novi Labin kao zgrada, površine 387 m2, dok je k.č. 883/25 uknjižena kao industrijsko dvorište površine 459 m2.
