Description
Predmet prodaje je nekretnina upisana u zk.ul. 639, k.č.br. 873/2 i 883/24, k.o. Novi Labin, ukupne površine 771 m2. Predmetne nekretnine predstavljaju zgradu s dvorištem, koja se nalazi na području grada Labina, u Rudarskoj ulici, Pijacal. Prilaz nekretninama je omogućen neposredno, sa javno prometne površine. Zgrada je izgrađena kao ugrađena poslovna zgrada prizemne etažnosti. Zgrada je visoka do vijeca 7,10 m, te je moguće organizirati i drugu nadzemnu etažu. Zgrada je upisana u Registar kulturnih dobara RH, izgrađena je između 1939. i 1942. godine. Obzirom na vrijeme građenja, odnosno da je izgrađena prije 15.02.1968. godine građevina se smatra postojećom, odnosno legalnom. Zgrada nema sanitarni čvor niti izvedene instalacije vode i odvoda, nema prozore, osim u stražnjem u radionici koji je na visini većoj od standarda prozora. Također zgrada nije spojena i nema izvedene priključke na infrastrukturu. Nekretnina k.č. 873/2 je uknjižena u zk.ul. 639 k.o. Novi Labin kao zgrada i nadstrešnica, površine 236 m2, dok je k.č. 883/24 uknjižena kao industrijsko dvorište površine 535 m2.
