Tribunj, ukupne površine 2032 m2, prema podacima sudskog spisa (očevida na licu mjesta te nalaza i mišljenja sudskog vještaka mjernika Maria Juras i sudskog vještaka za građevinarstvo Vlade Vukelja) predmetne nekretnine su u naravi zemljišta zarasla niskim i srednjim raslinjem vidno definirana i odijeljena od susjednih nekretnina i to na način da je zapadna granica prema mjesnoj ulici Put Slobode u Tribunju betonsko-kameni ogradni zid, sjeverna granica je betonski ogradni zid i zid načinjen od betonskih blokova, također kao i istočna granica i dio južne prema susjednim česticama na kojima su izgrađene zgrade. Ostatak južne granice ide ivicom mjesne ulice Put Dubravice. Međusobne granice navedenih triju čestica nisu vidljive na terenu obzirom da iste predstavljaju jedinstveno zemljište, vlasništvo su ovršenika za cijelo.
