It is shown publicly only if you select the checkbox below; otherwise buyers see an approximate location. Type the address and select it from the list - we look up the parcel for you.

Listings with a public address sell more easily: the buyer immediately sees the parcel, checks the documents and calls with confidence, instead of first asking you where the property is. Without the checkbox buyers see an approximate location (up to 200 m), check documents are not available with the listing, and they learn the exact address only from you. Katastor tip: the paperwork is not fully in order? With Katastor verified the buyer sees the real state from the official records alongside the listing, clearly laid out in a PDF. Openly shown data does not look like something is being hidden, and many situations are less alarming than they seem.
