Description

MAŠEVO, VINODOL MUNICIPALITY, we offer forest land with an area of 8,094 m2, located in the hinterland of Bribir.

At an altitude of 898 m, in a peaceful forest setting, lies this fairly flat, partly gently sloping plot of land, on which there is a wooden cottage and the foundations of an older stone house. The wooden cottage is registered on the cadastral plan, and a Decision on the As-Built Condition has been submitted for its registration.
It stands on a masonry foundation, and consists of a kitchen with a chimney, a dining area and a resting space. It is in good condition, but given that it was built in the early 1990s, it requires refreshing. Total building height: 4.51 m.
Next to the mentioned cottage there are also the foundations of a demolished stone house with an area of 40 m2, which is also registered on the cadastral plan and can also be reconstructed.
The land is fairly flat, partly gently sloping, and covers over 8,094 m2 of forest and arable land.
A road leads to the land, mostly asphalted and partly a dirt road but passable. Within a radius of one hundred meters there are several lovely forest cottages.

An ideal opportunity for all lovers of nature, hunting or hiking!

The Vinodol Municipality is a municipality in Croatia. It is located in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The administrative center of the municipality is the settlement of Bribir. It comprises four settlements: Drivenik, Tribalj, Grižane-Belgrad and Bribir, in the Vinodol Valley. The road Hreljin - Novi Vinodolski, running parallel to the Adriatic Highway, passes through the municipality. According to the 2021 census, the Vinodol Municipality has a total of 3,226 inhabitants. Vinodol has been inhabited since the Stone Age, and in the 2nd century BC the Romans called it Vallis vineariae and built a road through it towards Dalmatia. With the arrival of the Croats, Vinodol received its present name. The renowned noble families of Frankopan and Zrinski left a deep mark on the history of Croatia and Vinodol. The Frankopans built nine castles, whose representatives were also signatories of the Vinodol Code of 1288, the oldest preserved legal document in the Croatian language. On the territory of present-day Vinodol, three of the nine castles remain: Drivenik, Grižane and Bribir, as well as Badanj, which dates back to ancient times.
